Kintsugi Dragon Fly Bowl
Kintsugi Dragon Fly Bowl
Ceramic
Victoria Leeks
Kintsugi roughly translates as 'joining with gold'. This little bowl went into the kiln three times, trying to fix the cracks and glaze. In the end I actually liked the brokenness of the bowl and added the gold, so it was fixed in the Japanese way.
