Signs, Fences and Blue Pallet

The bright colours of warning signs, brand logos, parking restrictions and a discarded delivery pallet contrasted with their surroundings in a drab back-street in Bishop Auckland. It was a warm but overcast day when it threatened to rain. A day out with the urban sketching group; we didn't want rain but you felt that it would "clear the air."
