Growing up in the shadow of Hawthorn Coking Plant and Combined Mine led me to explore the uses of coke. Coke is made from coal and it is one of the primary materials used in steel making. The design was taken from plein air drawings of energetic waves, and it has taken a number of months to create and develop. It will continue to develop if it is exposed to moisture.
Energy from waves is consistent and it is a good source of renewable energy. Technologies are still being developed to make wave energy successful.
