This mixed media collage is created from fragments of momigami papers and fabrics and hand stitched to a reclaimed vintage napkin. It features the enduring tableware willow tree pattern that is based on ancient Chinese / Japanese folk tales. The willow tree in Chinese and Japanese cultures symbolises resilience, spring and grace; much needed at the inception of 2026.
