Silversmith jeweller

I am inspired by history and nature, using ancient techniques dating back to the Viking age, which is inspired by my late husband who was a historian and Viking reactor. I mainly create Viking Knit silver jewellery, this method of creating jewellery has been used for centuries, each piece of jewellery is handcrafted by me in my studio at home in County Durham UK.

My love for the forever changing coastline of Seaham enthrals me and I am never far away from the beach on any given day, instead of using sea glass I decided to use our hag stone pebbles to create sandcast pendants so each piece is unique. Hag stones are associated with protection, good luck and prosperity bringing history and nature together.

All my silver work is created by using recycled or broken antique sterling silver and is marked 925, unless you require a commission piece over 7 grams. I can send it off to be hallmarked from the London Assay office where I have my own stamp UK mark, this of course will raise the cost of the piece as and when requested.
