The kelp fronds had been arranged to resemble a fan on the foreshore at Craster (thanks to fellow EDAN member Angela Sandwith for this artistic input). The enhanced colour and contrast between the red and green of the actual kelp and the blue of the background rock makes a striking and eye catching image.
